I encourage you to read my career management blogs:
If you like them, please sign up for my email list. I’ll update you when I’ve added a new post and let you know about any new releases, but I promise not to email you too frequently – not more than once or twice per week.
I am the author of Consulting 101: 101 Tips for Success in Consulting. It’s an easy to read book where most of the tips have a short case study providing an example of what to do – or what not to do – and then a lesson learned.
I would also appreciate if you’d leave a comment on any blog posts you have an opinion. I generally respond to comments. Feel free to share these posts on your favorite social media platform also. If you liked it, someone else may like it too?
I’ve been a consultant for over 20 years and have learned a lot about the industry the hard way – from making mistakes. I’ve also seen younger consultants enter the industry and make some unnecessary mistakes. I wrote Consulting 101 to help new consultants (young or old) get a leg up on the industry rather than struggle at the start.
I’ve also written Project Management 101: 101 Tips for Success in Project Management, which is a business novel that provides 101 tips on project management. Check out my project management blog here.
I co-authored The Reluctant Mentor with Jeff Porter. It’s a book about how baby boomers can mentor millennials, and how millennials can mentor boomers. We have a bi-weekly blog on mentoring here.
